1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any service provided by winblx, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. Acceptance of these terms constitutes a legally binding and enforceable agreement under applicable law.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the winblx platform immediately. Continued use after any amendment to these terms is considered acceptance of those amendments.

2. User Eligibility

To use the winblx services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

winblx reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time. If there is any doubt about a user's eligibility, winblx may suspend access until verification is completed. Providing false information about age or identity may result in account closure and cancellation of all related winnings.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one single account on winblx. Opening more than one account, whether using a different name, email address, mobile number or payment information, is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all accounts concerned.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. The information you must provide is as follows:

• Full name as stated on your identification card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• An active mobile number that can be contacted.
• A valid email address that belongs to you.
• Identity verification method as required by the compliance team.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact winblx customer support immediately via live chat or email.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

winblx provides several secure and fast payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed using SSL encryption and monitored by the platform's security team.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM50.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus value before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000.
• Second calculation example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

VIP Programme:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%

VIP level upgrades depend on a player's activity and loyalty record. Bonuses may only be used for wagering and cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements.

winblx reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus if there is evidence of system abuse, exploitation of bonus liquidity, or any fraudulent attempt by a user.

6. Responsible Gambling

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set through your account settings.

8. Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the winblx customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all eligible balances must first be withdrawn in accordance with the specified withdrawal terms.

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation.

10. Amendments to Terms
